Ndërmarrja TAKA është kompani prodhuese dhe tregtare e themeluar që nga viti 1991 kjo ndërmarrje fillimisht ka filluar si ndërmarrje tregtare. Veprimteria e TAKA ndërrmarrjes në vitin 1995 veprimtarinë kryesore e ka bazuar në sektorin e prodhimit të koncentratit si dhe aktivitet me ferma të brojlerve. Fillimisht ferma të brojlerëve ka filluar me kapacitet 20.000 brojler për turnus ku më pas është nërprer puna në vitin 2003 si pasojë e ndryshimit të infrastrukturës së lokacionit nga zonë industriale në zonë banuese.

Si rrjedhojë në vitin 2003 TAKA ka rifilluar këtë aktivitet në lokacion të ri në fshatin Lutogllavë ku ka ndërtuar dhe përgaditur dy ferma për rritjen e zogjëve si dhe një farm për pula vojse. Veprimtaria ka vazhuar dhe vazhdon në prodhimin e vezëve, prodhimin e zogëzave dhe rritja e brojlerëve.
Që nga viti 2003 në vazhdimësi është punuar në ngritje të kapaciteteve dhe të kushteve sa më të mira dhe efikase të priodhimit bazuar në standarde dhe trende më të reja ndërkombëtare.
